“I had a very substantial water leak that called for mitigation. I was recommended Superior LLC, and I truly couldn’t be happier. I have had to have mitigation in the past, and I can attest that Superior is definitely superior! They did a thorough job of inspection, documentation, and cleanup. The work crew was very polite, on time and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. Again, that is something that’s very important to me because the previous company could’ve cared less about those things. I highly recommend Superior LLC and would use them again if the situation arose.”
“About 6 months ago I had extensive water damage to my master bathroom. a claim was submitted to my insurance carrier and it was accepted. They in turn contracted the job out to Superior. The job moved along very slowly until Chad Dames became project manager. Chad communicated with me and really got the ball rolling. He laid the porcelain floor, painted the walls, installed the vanity top, laid the carpet and installed the new hardware. Chad is very personable and turned a frustrating situation into one with a very favorable outcome. The project was going into its 5th month with very little accomplished and limited communication. Chad finished it off with superior workmanship in less than a month.”
